From 7 till 10 October 2011 our ten Tandem Reporters hit the Anuga in Cologne and explored the world of food trends and specialities. Four exciting days have resulted in interesting articles and lots of great pictures.

The two of them had a great time working together but decided to focus on a separate topic each. While Sanjeeta was most interested in "Smart" Shopping, Katrin wondered, how convenient cooking can be.
Sanjeeta Pant: Smart Grocery Shopping
Katrin Holtermann: "Bequemes" Essen

The South African and the student from Fulda captured the colourful world of the Anuga in pictures. The'd deserve a QS tag for that - if there was one for slide shows of course.
Susan De Bruin: A tag and a pig
Wiebke Zillinger: Bildergalerie: Köstliche Eindrücke

Thist team picked up a completely new lifestyle at the fair and dove right into the topic of LOHAS. Their research results in an audio-survey and two on the same topic but still different - one in English and one in German:
Doaa Soliman: Passionate about LOHAS
Christine Siefer: LOHAS aus Leidenschaft

This Team asked itself, how "bio" the bio-products really are and what new trends are coming up. They've written two articles - one in German and one in English.
Cristina Romero: What's Bio about it?
Janina Lenz: Alles Bio, oder was?
