Der DAAD, Bild: Steuer/DAADThe German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is the largest funding organisation in the world supporting the international exchange of students and scholars. At the end of 2008, DAAD membership numbered over 220 higher education institutions and over 120 student bodies.
